Looking forward to this one - a long known issue was that the AEC could get filled by low bucket (spam) transactions, but this should allow the AEC to remove those lowest priority transactions and keeps the priority scheduler and the AEC in sync: https://github.com/nanocurrency/nano-node/pull/4593
